私自身、三十年以上にわたる闘病を続けており、
精神障害とともに生きています。
苦しみや悲しみ、孤独、絶望、不安——
その中で見つけた一行一行が、私の生きた証です。

人の心にそっと寄り添い、
ときに自然や季節の息づかいを感じながら、
読む人の心が少しでもやわらぎ、癒されることを願っています。

I weave into words the small lights of everyday life
and the quiet emotions that dwell in every human heart.

For over thirty years, I have lived with illness—
walking hand in hand with a mental disability.
Each line I write is a trace of survival,
born from pain, sadness, loneliness, despair, and fear.

Through my poems,
I hope to gently reach the hearts of others,
to bring a moment of calm,
and perhaps a little healing,
like the breath of nature passing softly through the seasons.
