心に傷が
無数にあるという
君

古い木の年輪のように
君の中で光っている

すべては
勲章になる
すべては
幸福になる

痛みは
ただの痛みではない
君の奥で
沈黙の土に眠っている種子
ある日
芽吹く

信じてよかったと
思える日

曇った鏡が
ふいに澄み渡り
そこに立つ自分が
もう傷ついた“誰か”ではない
希望を孕んだ未来を手にした
ひとりの人間として
立ち上がっている

光
やがて深い水底にも届く
その到達の瞬間
水はゆっくり震える
新しい時間が
君の背中に触れる

これほどの喜びはない

世界が
君を肯定する以上に
君自身が
君を肯定する
その二つが重なる
その瞬間を
私は信じてやまない

For Affirmation

You say
your heart holds
countless wounds—

yet they shine
within you
like the rings
of an old tree.

Everything
becomes a medal.
Everything
becomes a blessing.

Pain
is not merely pain.
It is a seed
sleeping in the soil
of your silence,
waiting
for the day
it breaks into light.

A day
when you can say
you were right
to believe.

The clouded mirror
suddenly clears,
and the figure standing there
is no longer
the “someone” who was hurt,
but a human being
who has seized
a future full of possibility—
already rising
to their feet.

Light
will reach
even the deep floor
of the water.
And in that moment
of arrival,
the water trembles,
and a new time
touches your back.

There is
no greater joy.

More than the world
affirming you,
you affirm
yourself—
and I believe,
with all I am,
in the moment
those two
meet.

この詩に込めた思い

この詩の中心にあるのは、
痛みを否定せずに、肯定へと静かに形を変えていく力。

人は誰しも傷を抱え、
その傷はときに重荷となり、
正体のわからない影となって心に沈む。
だが、傷そのものを価値へ反転させる力は、
奪われることのない“人間の力”だ。

ここで描こうとしたのは、
痛みを浄化することではなく、
痛みがやがて勲章となり、
未来を選びなおす力へと変わる、その瞬間だ。

光が水底に届く場面は、
どれほど深く沈んだ場所にも、
必ず届く肯定があるという象徴でもある。

そして最も大切なのは、
世界があなたを肯定する前に、
あなた自身が自分を肯定するということ。
その二つが重なるとき、
人生は新しい時間へ踏み出す。

その確信を、詩の根に置いた。

Thoughts Behind the Poem

At the heart of this poem
is the quiet power
that transforms pain into affirmation—
not by erasing it,
but by letting it evolve.

Every person carries wounds.
Sometimes they weigh heavily,
sometimes they fall into silence
and become shadows inside us.
Yet the ability to turn those wounds
into a form of value
belongs only to human beings,
and no one can take it away.

What I sought to depict here
was not the cleansing of pain,
but the moment
when pain becomes a medal—
a force that allows someone
to choose their future again.

The image of light
reaching the bottom of deep water
symbolizes this truth:
no matter how far one has sunk,
affirmation still arrives.

And above all,
before the world affirms you,
you must affirm yourself.
When those two recognitions overlap,
a new time begins to move.

That conviction
is the root of this poem.

不思議なる信

揺るぎない　強き信を
貫くことの難しさ
根底では信と不信の相克がある
しからば
信が立てば
胸底から　
無量無辺の感謝が溢れだす

森羅万象に　浸透するか
大宇宙をも　包み込むか

すべての他者も　
過去も　現在も　未来も

未来への一歩を踏み出した
ゆえにこの先は
一度たりとも
疑ったことがない
一度たりとも
逃げたことがない
一度たりとも
幸福でなかった日はない
一度たりとも
裏切ったことはない
と信を固くして進むのだ

人生最後の日にも叫ぶ
不思議なる信　私そのもの

いま
足下の泉を掘っている

この泉は―
自分には価値があることへの信と
それに純粋無垢な感謝によって
湧いてくる

The Wondrous Faith

To uphold an unshakable, steadfast faith
is a task of profound difficulty.
At the root of all things
lies the struggle between belief and disbelief.

Yet when faith rises,
gratitude bursts forth
from the depths of the chest—
boundless and immeasurable.

Does it permeate all phenomena?
Does it embrace the vast universe itself?

All others,
past, present, and future—
all are held within its reach.

Once a single step is taken toward the future,
the path after that becomes clear:
not once
has doubt been allowed;
not once
has there been retreat;
not once
has there been a day without happiness;
not once
has there been betrayal.
Thus, faith is made firm,
and the journey continues.

On the final day of life, I will still cry out:
This wondrous faith—
it is none other than myself.

Now,
I am digging a spring beneath my feet.

This spring—
it rises
from the faith that I have worth,
and from the pure, innocent gratitude
that accompanies it.

we are already
wonderful beings.

We are to be cherished,
we are to be loved,
precious, beautiful beings.

No matter where we are,

濁悪の世にあっても
幸福な人は
人を軽んじたり
人を見下したり
人を羨んだり
人を憎んだり
人を妬んだり
人を恨んだり等々ということがない

風のように　軽く
光のように　あたたかく
その人は　誰であろうとも
尊厳を信じ守り抜く

幸福とは　誰かの幸せを願う心のこと
それがあるかぎり　不幸でも孤独でもない
自分の幸福は　簡単なのだ

幸福な人は
慈愛に生きている
その人の一日は
世界を　変える

What Truly Matters

Even in an age of corruption and decay,
a happy person
does not belittle others,
nor look down on them,
nor envy,
nor hate,
nor harbor jealousy or resentment.

Light as the wind,
warm as the light,
such a person—no matter who stands before them—
believes in the dignity of all,
and protects it with their life.

Happiness is the heart that wishes another to be happy.
As long as that exists,
one is neither unhappy nor alone.
One’s own happiness is, after all, simple.

A happy person
lives within love.
And each of their days
quietly changes the world.

私自身が幸福だということは
私自身に内在している宝に気づいたということ
それは五体に溢れるほどの歓喜として現れよう
その人は
他者に内在している
幸福の源である宝にも気づいていて
そのことに何ら疑いも迷いも惑いもないのである
自然と他者を尊敬するのであるが
たとえ相手がいかなる人であっても
その念に差異はない
私が幸福だということは
他者に対する慈愛ある触発と
粘り強い貢献として現れよう
不思議なことだが
その行為の中でのみ
私が幸福だということに実は気づき
結句
内在している宝ははじめて磨かれる
自分自身の可能性への大いなる確信も
より深くより強くなっていく

The Shape of Happiness

To say that I am happy
is to awaken to the treasure within me,
and to feel it through every part of my being.

Such a person
also perceives the treasure
that dwells within others,
without a trace of doubt, confusion, or hesitation.

Naturally, they respect all beings—
and their respect does not waver,
no matter who stands before them.

To be happy
is to touch others with compassion,
to contribute with patient endurance.

Strangely, only through such acts
do I realize that I am truly happy.
And in that realization,
the treasure within begins to shine.

Then, a great confidence in my own potential
grows deeper and stronger.

We should become one who awakens to this truth—
yet the first wall we meet
is always the self at the center.
