歩いている道
つながっている

地味な
沈黙の花
唄っている

踏みしめるたび
小さき音
大空に　溶けてゆく

喜びは浄化した
靴底の焦りを　不安を

私は歩く
光の気配の方向へ

歩いている私
妙なる粒子が　包んでいる

Walking Poem

The path I walk
is connected
to something beyond.

A plain,
silent flower
is softly singing.

With every step,
a small sound
melts into the wide sky.

Joy has purified
the restlessness
and the fear
clinging to my soles.

I walk
toward the presence
of light.

And as I walk,
subtle, wondrous particles
gather around me
and hold me gently.

この詩に込めた思い

歩くという行為は、生きるという根源的な祈りそのものだ。
焦りや不安を抱えながらも、それらを否定せず、
靴底で受けとめながら、光の気配のする方へ一歩ずつ進んでいく。

沈黙の花や、大空へ溶けていく小さな音は、
世界のかすかなささやきであり、浄化の働きでもある。
それらに包まれながら、人はやがて
感謝という粒子へと還っていく。

動と静、喜びと不安、そのあわいを歩き続ける詩。

詩は、そして人は、光を求めて歩くのではない。
光そのものとして歩いている。

Thoughts Behind the Poem

Walking is the primal prayer of life itself.
Even while carrying restlessness and fear, one does not deny them—
but receives them through the soles and continues, step by step,
toward where the presence of light can be sensed.

The silent flower and the small sound dissolving into the sky
are the world’s faint whispers and gentle acts of purification.
Wrapped in these moments, the human heart gradually returns
to the tiny particles of gratitude.

This poem walks along the subtle border
between motion and stillness, joy and uncertainty.

Neither the poem nor the human being seeks the light.
They walk as the light.
