語り合える相手

名を持たない内部の領域
手も言葉も届かない場所
受容という行為を
私たちは知らない

形がある
もしくは　
形がない

自他の区別を離れ
輪郭を失う

有ると言えず
無いとも言えず

深い水へ沈んだ光
音もたてずに

月　だれとも語らず
星々も　黙したまま

The Structure of Silence

There is no one
with whom we can share
everything.

An inner territory
without a name—
a place where neither hands
nor words can reach.
We know nothing
of what it means
to receive.

Form may exist,
or it may not.

The boundary between self and other
loosens,
its outline fading.

We cannot say it is,
nor can we say it is not.

Light sinking
into deep water,
making no sound.

The moon speaks to no one.
The stars remain
wordless.

この詩に込めた思い

言葉にできない領域が、
人には必ずある。
そこは名前を持たず、他者の手も届かず、
自分でさえ簡単には触れられない場所。

その領域を“沈黙”と呼ぶなら、
沈黙は拒絶ではなく、
ただそこにあるひとつの状態にすぎない。

形があるとも言えず、
形がないとも言えない何か。
自分と他者の境界がほどけ、
輪郭が曖昧になっていくとき、
人はようやく「受け取る」ことの難しさに触れる。

月も星々も語らない。
だからこそ、その沈黙が
こちら側の沈黙と響き合う。

Thoughts Behind the Poem

There is a realm within us
that resists language.
It has no name, no door,
no path for another’s hand or word
to reach.

If that realm is called “silence,”
then silence is not refusal—
but simply a state
that exists on its own terms.

Something that cannot be said to have form,
nor to be without it.
Where the boundary between self and other
loosens and blurs,
and we finally sense
how difficult it is
to truly receive.

The moon does not speak.
The stars remain wordless.
In that stillness,
their silence echoes
our own.
