光

これほどの喜びはない

世界が
君を肯定する以上に

For Affirmation

You say
your heart holds
countless wounds—

yet they shine
within you
like the rings
of an old tree.

Everything
becomes a medal.
Everything
becomes a blessing.

Pain
is not merely pain.
It is a seed
sleeping in the soil
of your silence,
waiting
for the day
it breaks into light.

A day
when you can say
you were right
to believe.

The clouded mirror
suddenly clears,
and the figure standing there
is no longer
the “someone” who was hurt,
but a human being
who has seized
a future full of possibility—
already rising
to their feet.

Light
will reach
even the deep floor
of the water.
And in that moment
of arrival,
the water trembles,
and a new time
touches your back.

There is
no greater joy.

More than the world
affirming you,
you affirm
yourself—
and I believe,
with all I am,
in the moment
those two
meet.

この詩の中心にあるのは、

Thoughts Behind the Poem

At the heart of this poem
is the quiet power
that transforms pain into affirmation—
not by erasing it,
but by letting it evolve.

Every person carries wounds.
Sometimes they weigh heavily,
sometimes they fall into silence
and become shadows inside us.
Yet the ability to turn those wounds
into a form of value
belongs only to human beings,
and no one can take it away.

What I sought to depict here
was not the cleansing of pain,
but the moment
when pain becomes a medal—
a force that allows someone
to choose their future again.

The image of light
reaching the bottom of deep water
symbolizes this truth:
no matter how far one has sunk,
affirmation still arrives.

And above all,
before the world affirms you,
you must affirm yourself.
When those two recognitions overlap,
a new time begins to move.

That conviction

太陽が昇る
悠然と
星　姿を隠す

北の大地と
南の島には
ひとすじの時差がある
ここは　その中間の内陸部

闇は破られるもの
瞬時ー
光　悠然に注ぐ
力　濛々と満ち
生命よ

君の内部は
ひろやか
無限と直結しているではないか
他者との差異はなどない

歓びに包まれた光へと
転じる
太陽が君を
見捨てるだろうか
君もまた
太陽を見捨てはしないだろう

夜半の月
凜としている
君は照らされている
静謐な祝福の光よ

Sun and Moon

The sun lifts itself,
unhurried.
The stars withdraw
without a sound.

Between the northern land
and the southern isles
lies a thin thread of time.
Here—an inland middle ground.

Darkness is something
to be broken.
In an instant—
light pours,
vast and composed.
Power gathers thickly,
and life answers.

Within you
there is spaciousness,
a direct line
to the infinite.
No difference
separates you from another.

You turn,
toward a light
filled with joy.
Would the sun
ever abandon you?
Nor would you
ever abandon the sun.

At midnight,
the moon stands firm.
You are being illuminated—
a quiet blessing
falling upon you.

the darkness within us

to sweep such shadows away,
while the moon,

心の主さん

違う

京都の月は

grass and trees,

casts its light upon a white horse.

Shall one be buried
in this world?
Shall one shut one’s eyes to it?
Or flee to the world beyond?

Human afflictions—
in what age did they become blood,
in what age did they become bone?

Light and shadow,
sunk into the abyss of the past;
shadow and light,
bleeding on an unseen future horizon—
past and future overlap
here and now.

rises at once
and layers itself—
twice, thrice, and many times more—
past, present, future:
the full condensation of suffering.

Not a speck of dust remains;
its origin lies in none
but myself.

There is a time
for every multitude of things—
and that time, too,
is always present.

Signs slip in,
draw near—
do not be deceived by them.

The moment when
the chest and the gut
are granted full sovereignty
has not yet come.

Overlook nothing.
All authority rests
within oneself.

With dignity,
with calm, unwavering poise,
I mount the white horse.

他者と
つながるようになっているはずのに

失敗してもいいだろう
実際
人間は何回も失敗する

待っているような心持でもなく
どこか遠くにあるのでもなく
純粋無垢な心
一瞬でこそ人間は変わる

分断や断絶を招き入れるな
閉塞や委縮を退けよ

絶望の底知れぬ深さを　
知悉するがゆえに　選ぶのは希望だ

他者の苦しみを
放置するならば
エゴは厳然と残り
冷笑が出番を待つ

詩は
言葉によっては表現しがたい
表現しなければ　
詩は胸の中のままで　
沼から抜け出せない

誠に巨大な罪　消えざる罪か
与えるものが何もないというのも

誰しもが苦悩の檻の中にいる
小さな欲望に振り回されて
苦悩の檻から出ようとはしない
どれだけ欲望を満たしても満たしきれない
欲望はあの手この手で湧いてくる
人間は　苦悩の檻の中で白い骨となるのか
幸せを手にせずに

花が咲いているだけなのに
心にドラマが起きる
その一つ一つが　
生命の決算表に　
記される

The human heart
is meant to connect with others—
yet it fractures.

Failure is permitted.
In truth,
a human fails
again and again.

It is not a heart that merely waits,
nor a distant unreachable thing—
a pure and innocent heart.
A human changes
in a single instant.

Invite no division.
Let no rupture take hold.
Reject confinement.
Refuse the shrinking of the soul.

Because one knows
the bottomless depth of despair,
what one chooses
is hope.

If another’s suffering
is abandoned,
the ego remains intact,
and cold laughter
waits for its cue.

Poetry
cannot be wholly expressed by words—
yet without expression,
poetry stays trapped in the chest,
unable to rise from the swamp.

Vast sins—
perhaps the greatest sin—
is that sense
of having nothing to give.

Every person
lives in a cage of suffering.
Tossed about
by small desires,
they do not step outside it.
No amount of desire
will ever be enough;
it returns
in new disguises.
Thus, within the cage,
human beings
become white bones—
never touching happiness.

A flower simply blooms—
yet a drama unfolds
in the heart.
Each scene

Even envy
of another’s garden

美しいものだけではない
醜さも
卑しさも
同じ深さにある

見なかったことにしたくなる
心は
追いついてくる

惨めな自分を

You Cannot Live Ignoring the Heart

We cannot live
by ignoring the heart

The heart is not
only what is beautiful
ugliness
meanness
exist
at the same depth

We want to pretend
we did not see
yet the heart
catches up

Can we
embrace
the wretched self

A small step
a trace of trying
to trust oneself

Unable to bear the pain
wanting to run
wanting to shut everything out

In a closed place
happiness
does not sprout

The heart is the earth
beaten by rain
sinking into mud
only there
do roots
grow

Anger
jealousy
loneliness
are forces
that keep us alive

When we learn
this strange truth
we begin
to trust ourselves
and reach out
to others

Strength is not
erasing pain
but searching for its meaning
while the fact of being alive
quietly remains
deep in the chest

Where does
that feeling
go

Knowing ugliness
knowing meanness
the heart that still
tries to believe

in the deepest place
of being human
continues
to support us
to the end

The more we try to eliminate them, the more the heart closes.
In closed places, happiness cannot grow — this idea is expressed through the image of the earth.

Strength here is not the removal of pain.
It is the state in which the fact of being alive remains quietly within us, even while we continue to search for the meaning of pain.

濁悪の世にあっても
幸福な人は
人を軽んじたり
人を見下したり
人を羨んだり
人を憎んだり

風のように　軽く
光のように　あたたかく

Even in an age of corruption and decay,
a happy person
does not belittle others,
nor look down on them,
nor envy,
nor hate,
nor harbor jealousy or resentment.

Light as the wind,
warm as the light,

and protects it with their life.

Happiness is the heart that wishes another to be happy.
As long as that exists,
one is neither unhappy nor alone.

苦悩は

The Foundation and the Origin

The foundation—
the origin—
is indestructible.
Neither demons nor monsters can break it,
nor even the Devil King of the Sixth Heaven,
nor missiles can destroy it.
It is diamond-hard, unbreakable, eternal.

The origin and the foundation
are forever inherent through faith.

Suffering
may shake and shrink one’s core,
but I transform it into vitality—
an energy vast enough
to give birth to one or two great galaxies
in the boundless universe.

It is all thanks to my mentor,
my great and compassionate teacher.
My foundation, my origin,
my everything
were forged through the strict and loving training
of my mentor.

一体あなたは誰なのですか

刹那と刹那に走る痛み
見た目にはわからない

一秒と一秒に留まる痛み
見た目にはわからない

～2時間前～

名前にモザイクをしスパイスを投稿する
追手が来る前にやり終えるのだ

私は生き残ったのだな
存在は下火から脱した

秋の収穫はすでに終え今は冬の準備
謎めいた鳥の囀りはギンムクドリ一羽

多忙な時間は居場所を発見した
コンクリートの欠片を集めた滑走路

１３年かけて完成にこぎつけたが
近づくことのできなかった詩

巧みな血液検査の結果である
経験のメカニズムが判明

～１時間前～

私のやるべき始点にたちふさがるのなら
表面化した邪魔

それ相応の満足を得て次へつながっていく
活動をつかさどる本体に
始点も終点も観念ではないはずだ

目を背けることのできない
ひときわすぐれた実像

幻想に過ぎない観念は
今にも自滅する観念

引き回されることはないが
油断をしていいということではないから

トンネルの中で出会った人たちと
出口を目指して
ともに歩んでいくことを実行せよ

～現在～

道を慈しむ
私そのもの
早々に私を受け入れてくれた

私もお手本にしたいと思った
そうなるまでに随分時間がかかった

迷いながら道を彷徨った
苦しみながら
泣きながら
動けなくなったこともある

最初からすべてを道は知っている
最高の友なのだった

Who are you, really?
(No answer)

Who are you, truly?
(Still no answer)

Pain runs through moment after moment
invisible to the eye.

Pain lingers from second to second
invisible to the eye.

～Two Hours Ago～

Masking a name,
posting a trace of spice.
It must be done
before the pursuers arrive.

So—I survived.
My existence escaped the ashes.

Autumn’s harvest already done,
now comes the winter’s preparation.
A mysterious bird sings,
one white-cheeked starling.

Busy hours have found their place.
Fragments of concrete
assembled into a runway.

Thirteen years to reach completion,
yet a poem I could never approach.

It was the result
of a cunning blood test,
the mechanism of experience
finally revealed.

～One Hour Ago～

If you block the starting point
of what I must do,
you become the obstacle made visible.

Satisfaction comes in its measure,
leading onward,
for the governing body of action
has neither beginning nor end
within mere ideas.

I cannot turn my eyes away
from a figure—
superior, undeniable.

An idea, no more than illusion,
is now on the verge
of its own destruction.

I am not to be dragged along,
but that doesn’t mean
I may relax.

With those I met
inside the tunnel,
I must walk
toward the exit,
together.

Cherish the path.
It is myself.
It accepted me
long ago.

I wished
to follow its example.
It took me
a long time to do so.

I wandered,
lost upon the path,
suffering,
weeping,
sometimes unable to move.

From the very beginning
the path knew everything.
It was my dearest friend.
And the one
who will walk it to the end
is me.

どこかで置き去りにしてきた本当の私を呼び戻すための声だ。

時間の章立ては、意識の層を降りていく過程。
３時間前、２時間前、１時間前──やがて「現在」へ。
そこにあるのは、ただの“道”。

観念が崩れ、孤独が裂け、ようやく光が射す。
道は最初からすべてを知っていた。
それを受け入れるまでには一定の時間が必要だった。

A journey to seek the voice of existence.
The “you” I call to seems like another,
yet it is myself I am asking for—
the true self once left behind.

The division of hours marks
a descent through layers of consciousness.
Three hours ago, two, one—then, now.
And what remains there is simply the Path.

Ideas crumble, solitude splits open,
and finally, light begins to pour in.
The path had known everything from the start.
It only took time
to accept that truth.
