幻覚

幻覚に
もう一つの幻覚が浮かびあがりました
秘密だった夢は灰燼に帰してしまいました
どんな罪にもそれ相当の罰があります
あの人に踏み込ませない
部屋を心につくってしまったから
鉄の扉をかたく閉めてしまっていたのです

いつしか森の奥の静かな湖のように
あの人の愛は
ひっそりとしずまりかえってしまいました
炎はもうどこにも見当たりません
私は
なにもかもが
見えているのと思っていました
なにも見えていなかったのです

闇を吸い込んで
何処かで
吐けばいいなんて
もうベトベトしたままでもいいのです

Hallucination

A hallucination—
and then another
rose upon it.

The secret dream
turned to ashes.
Every sin carries
its own punishment.

I had built
a room in my heart
that no one—
not even that person—
could enter.
And I closed
its iron door tight.

Before I knew it,
their love became still—
like a quiet lake
deep in the forest.
No flame
was anywhere to be found.

I thought
I had seen everything.
I had seen
nothing.

To inhale the darkness
and exhale it
somewhere far away—
I no longer need that.

It’s all right
to remain
sticky with the night.

この詩に込めた思い

この詩は、
心の奥に封じ込めた愛と記憶の残響を描いた。
見ようとすればするほど、真実は遠のく。愛は静かに沈殿していく。

「幻覚」は、失われたものを否定せず、
むしろその幻の中に生きている自分を見つめ直す詩。
閉ざした扉の向こうに、
まだ微かに残る温もりと赦しの光がある。

最後の一行
「もうベトベトしたままでもいいのです」は、
浄化ではなく受容の言葉。
痛みを抱えたままでも、人はなお、美しく生きられるという祈りを込めた。

Thoughts Behind the Poem

This poem portrays
the lingering echo of love and memory
buried deep within the heart.
The more we try to see the truth,
the further it slips away—
and love quietly settles into silence.

“Hallucination” does not deny what was lost.
It gazes instead at the self
still living within that illusion.
Behind the closed door
remains a faint warmth—
a trace of forgiveness and light.

The final line,
“It’s all right to remain sticky with the night,”
is not about purification
but acceptance.
Even while carrying pain,
a person can still live beautifully.

果実

私は数え切れぬほどの
果実がなっている樹木です
果実が
今にも落ちるのではないかと怯えています
落ちてしまえばどうなることでしょうか
どこかに隠れてしまいたいですが
私は樹木だから動くことができません
もう気になって仕方がない
びくびくして葉や枝が揺れています
樹木である私にも
向こう二三か月の予定があるのです
消そうにも消せない
もうすぐ季節が変わります

Fruit

I am a tree
laden with fruits
too many to count.

The fruits tremble—
afraid they might fall
at any moment.

What will become of them
once they fall?

I wish I could hide somewhere,
but I am a tree—
I cannot move.

It worries me endlessly.
My leaves and branches
tremble in fear.

Even I, a tree,
have plans
for the next two or three months.

I cannot erase them,
no matter how I try.
Soon,
the season will change.

この詩に込めた思い

この詩は、「果実」という象徴を通して、
変化への不安と、受け入れざるを得ない時間の流れを描いた。

樹木は動けない。
落ちる果実を見守るしかない。

それは人間にも似ている。
避けたい現実や別れ、老い、変化——
それらを止めることはできない。

「向こう二三か月の予定があるのです」という一行が、
詩全体のユーモアと哀しみを両立させた。
未来を思うのに、どうにもならない。
そんな“生の滑稽さ”と“静かな覚悟”を表現したつもり。

Thoughts Behind the Poem
