心を無視して生きることはできない
心を無視して
生きることはできない
美しいものだけではない
醜さも
卑しさも
同じ深さにある
見なかったことにしたくなる
心は
追いついてくる
惨めな自分を
抱きしめることが
できるだろうか
小さな一歩
自分を信じようとした
痕跡
痛みに耐えきれず
逃げたくなる
閉じこもりたくなる
閉ざされた場所では
幸福は
芽吹かない
心は大地
雨に打たれ
泥に沈み
その奥でしか
根は
伸びていかない
怒りも
嫉妬も
孤独も
生き延びるための力
その不思議さを
知ったとき
人は
自分を
信じはじめ
他者にも
手を差し出す
強さとは
痛みを消すことではない
痛みの意味を
探しながら
生きているという事実が
胸の奥に
静かに残ること
その感覚は
どこへ
行くのだろうか
醜さを知り
卑しさを知り
信じようとする心が
人間の
いちばん深い場所で
最後まで
支えている

You Cannot Live Ignoring the Heart
We cannot live
by ignoring the heart
The heart is not
only what is beautiful
ugliness
meanness
exist
at the same depth
We want to pretend
we did not see
yet the heart
catches up
Can we
embrace
the wretched self
A small step
a trace of trying
to trust oneself
Unable to bear the pain
wanting to run
wanting to shut everything out
In a closed place
happiness
does not sprout
The heart is the earth
beaten by rain
sinking into mud
only there
do roots
grow
Anger
jealousy
loneliness
are forces
that keep us alive
When we learn
this strange truth
we begin
to trust ourselves
and reach out
to others
Strength is not
erasing pain
but searching for its meaning
while the fact of being alive
quietly remains
deep in the chest
Where does
that feeling
go
Knowing ugliness
knowing meanness
the heart that still
tries to believe
in the deepest place
of being human
continues
to support us
to the end

この詩に込めた思い
この詩は、心を整えたり、前向きになることを目的としていない。
人は、美しさだけを抱えて生きることはできず、
醜さや卑しさを含んだ心そのものから逃れることはできない。
その事実を、評価せずに見つめている。
怒りや嫉妬、孤独といった感情は否定されがちだが、
それらは生き延びるために働いてきた力でもある。
排除しようとするほど、心は閉ざされていく。
閉ざされた場所では、幸福は育たない。
その感覚を、大地の比喩として描いた。
強さとは、痛みを消すことではない。
痛みを抱えたまま、その意味を探しながら生きているという事実が、
胸の奥に残り続けること。その在り方を問いとして差し出している。
Thoughts Behind the Poem
This poem does not aim to regulate the heart or promote optimism.
It simply faces the fact that humans cannot live carrying only what is beautiful.
Ugliness and meanness are also part of the heart, and there is no way to escape them.
Emotions such as anger, jealousy, and loneliness are often rejected, yet they have functioned as forces for survival.
The more we try to eliminate them, the more the heart closes.
In closed places, happiness cannot grow — this idea is expressed through the image of the earth.
Strength here is not the removal of pain.
It is the state in which the fact of being alive remains quietly within us, even while we continue to search for the meaning of pain.
The poem offers this question without forcing an answer.
